COMPLIMENTARY SECURE U.S. SHIPPING — SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Domestic Shipping

FERE provides complimentary secure FedEx Standard shipping for jewelry orders delivered within all 50 U.S. states. FedEx Express shipping is available for $100. Signature is required for every jewelry delivery.

Production or preparation time is separate from carrier transit time. FERE does not promise a fixed carrier transit time unless the selected checkout service expressly supports it.

Production and Preparation Estimates

Production or preparation estimates begin after the order specifications are confirmed:

  • 14K, in any offered ring size: approximately 2 business days to be ready to ship.
  • 10K or 18K, in any offered ring size: approximately 7–10 business days to be ready to ship.
  • Full Custom: approximately 7 business days to be ready to ship after final CAD approval.

These are estimates and do not include carrier transit. If FERE cannot ship within the represented time, applicable delay-notice and refund obligations remain available.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to destinations currently configured at checkout. Charges are calculated by destination and service and are not complimentary. For destinations or services not shown at checkout, contact a Jeweler so availability and an approved quote can be confirmed. Duties, taxes, brokerage, customs charges, and destination restrictions may apply. FERE does not promise an unconfigured rate or delivery time.

Undelivered Packages

If a package has not been delivered, contact FERE with the order information. FERE opens and manages the carrier investigation and shipment-protection claim.

The seven-calendar-day period begins on the documented date FERE opens the carrier investigation. If the carrier has not resolved the non-delivery within seven calendar days, FERE refunds the customer’s payment for the undelivered order to the original payment method. FERE handles any later carrier recovery.

Visible Transit Damage

Visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of signed delivery. Please provide the order information and clear photographs, and preserve the original packaging.

FERE must inspect and verify the circumstances before providing the remedy required by the confirmed facts and applicable law. FERE does not publish a universal remedy before the circumstances are confirmed.
