Final Sales, Cancellations & Refund Exceptions

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. FERE Jewelers does not offer a voluntary return, exchange, store credit, or refund because of a change of mind, a preference change, or because an item has been worn or used.

This final-sale rule does not limit remedies for a confirmed manufacturing defect under the 30-Day Limited Manufacturing Warranty, a confirmed non-delivery or transit issue, an order FERE cannot fulfill, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Manufacturing-Defect Claims

A suspected manufacturing defect must be reported within 30 calendar days of signed delivery. FERE must receive, authenticate, and physically inspect the piece before approving a claim. The complete process, exclusions, and available remedies are stated in the 30-Day Limited Manufacturing Warranty.

If FERE confirms a manufacturing defect, the customer chooses either a completely new replacement or a full refund to the original payment method. Repair of the defective piece is not the warranty remedy for a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Undelivered Packages

When a package has not been delivered, FERE opens and manages the carrier investigation and shipment-protection claim. The seven-calendar-day period begins on the documented date FERE opens the investigation. If the carrier has not resolved the non-delivery within seven calendar days, FERE refunds the customer’s payment for the undelivered order to the original payment method. FERE handles any later carrier recovery.

Visible Transit Damage

Visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of signed delivery. Please provide the order information and clear photographs, and preserve all original packaging while FERE reviews the circumstances. FERE must inspect and verify the circumstances before providing the remedy required by the confirmed facts and applicable law.

Full Custom Deposit Cancellations

Full Custom work begins after direct consultation, written scope and pricing confirmation, affirmative acceptance of the written proposal, and payment of a 60% deposit.

  • If FERE receives a cancellation within 24 hours of successful deposit payment, FERE refunds the entire 60% deposit.
  • If FERE receives a pre-shipment cancellation after 24 hours, FERE retains exactly $250 as the previously disclosed CAD/design fee and refunds the remainder of the deposit.
  • FERE does not add a materials deduction, restocking fee, cancellation penalty, or other cancellation charge to this rule.
  • After shipment or delivery, the ordinary final-sale, confirmed-defect, and transit terms apply.

The voluntary 24-hour cancellation period is a FERE policy and is not described as a statutory cooling-off right. If FERE cancels or cannot fulfill an order, the refund will follow the confirmed circumstances and applicable law; FERE will not retain the CAD/design fee where doing so would be improper.
