Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products listed on our website. When providing mold impressions, please ensure they meet our guidelines to ensure the perfect fit. Inadequate molds may require a re-purchase or a dentist-provided mold. Please refer to the mold guide provided with your shipment for details.
