HOW CUSTOM DESIGN WORKS

    Consultation

    Meet privately with a FERE jeweler in Houston or by video to discuss your vision, priorities, and budget.

    Engagement ring inspiration photographs, sketches and diamond references

    Design / CAD

    We translate your direction into a considered design and prepare the details needed for CAD review.

    Professional engagement ring CAD design, technical drawing and measuring tools

    Approval

    Review the CAD, center-stone details, specifications, and clear pricing before production begins.

  4. 4
    Final engagement ring specification, diamond options and approval materials

    Crafting

    After written approval, acceptance of the custom terms, and the 60% deposit, crafting begins from the confirmed design.

  5. 5
    Completed bespoke engagement ring presented in a cream ring box

    Final Piece

    Your finished piece is inspected before completion. Full Custom preparation is estimated at approximately 7 business days after final CAD approval; carrier transit is separate.

Lab-Grown Center-Diamond Report

For a qualifying online piece with a Lab-Grown center diamond, that diamond’s original IGI grading report is included. The report applies only to that center diamond—not the complete ring or any accent, pavé, or melee stones.

Approximately 7 Business Days

Full Custom pieces are expected to be ready to ship approximately 7 business days after final CAD approval. Production and carrier transit are separate.

Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection

Available for qualifying, undamaged FERE jewelry. The customer is responsible for shipping. Repair, refinishing, replacement stones or parts, rebuilding, and restoration are not included.
