    Original IGI center-stone report included.

    Every online Lab-Grown center diamond includes its original IGI grading report, regardless of carat. The report applies to that center diamond, not the complete ring. Applicable accent-stone details are recorded on the official FERE receipt.

    30-Day Limited Manufacturing Warranty.

    Suspected manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 calendar days of signed delivery. FERE must receive, authenticate, and physically inspect the piece before approval. A confirmed manufacturing defect qualifies for the customer’s choice of a completely new replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

    Care that stays clear.

    One completed post-purchase resize is complimentary when the ring can be resized safely. Every later resize costs $100. Shipping charges may apply and will be confirmed before service.

    Complimentary cleaning and inspection are available for qualifying, undamaged FERE jewelry. The customer is responsible for shipping. This service does not include repair, deep refinishing, rebuilding, replacement stones, replacement parts, or restoration. If damage is present or discovered, FERE provides a paid Repair/Service evaluation and quote before work. Local customers may bring the piece to the Houston showroom.

    Complimentary secure U.S. Standard shipping.

    Complimentary secure FedEx Standard shipping within all 50 U.S. states. Signature required. Express shipping is available for $100. Production time and carrier transit are separate.

Does the displayed price include the center stone?

Yes. The displayed total follows the selected complete-ring configuration and includes the Lab-Grown center stone.

Can I choose a 3-carat center diamond?

Available center-stone carat options vary by design and current availability. Check the selector on the product page or ask FERE for guidance.

What does the IGI report cover?

The original IGI grading report applies to the online Lab-Grown center diamond, not automatically to the completed ring or its accent, pavé, or melee stones.

Can I visit the Houston showroom?

Can I schedule a video consultation?
