How do I find my ring size?
Visit our Houston showroom for a professional measurement. If you are planning a surprise, contact us before ordering so we can help you choose the next step.
Can I customize my ring?
Yes. Start a Custom Ring Request to choose your stone shape, setting and metal, and share any reference photos. We’ll review the details with you before production.
When will my ring be ready?
Timing depends on the ring and any customization. Tell us your proposal date when you contact us, and we’ll confirm the expected schedule before you place your order.
Can my ring be resized, and what care is included?
One complimentary resize is included when the design can be resized safely. Cleaning and inspection are available for qualifying, undamaged pieces. See Customer Care for eligibility and service details.
